Questions about the CCoE.

[01] Is a CCoE another committee? +

No. Steering committees stage decisions. A working CCoE makes them. We measure the CCoE on decision throughput, not on meeting hours.

[02] Can we start with just FinOps? +

Yes. Many engagements start as FinOps-only inside the CCoE shell, then expand once the FinOps cadence is producing results.

[03] How does the CCoE handle AI use cases? +

Same way as any new workload: risk class identified, guardrails defined, observability instrumented, cost attributed. Templated path from pilot to production.

[04] What if our team is small? +

Then the CCoE is lighter. The operating model is the same; the cadence and reporting are scaled to fit. We don't ship governance theatre to small teams.
