How Altitudes B.V. processes personal data. We keep it short, EU-based, and we don't sell your data. If you spot something here that needs explaining, write to hello@altitudes.cloud and we'll explain it.
Controller
Altitudes B.V. is the controller for personal data processed on altitudes.cloud and across our outbound and inbound communications.
Form submissions: name, work email, company, role, and any notes you choose to share. Used to reply to your enquiry and to follow up with relevant offers when you signal you want them. Legal basis: legitimate interest for B2B contact, or consent where you've opted in.
Email correspondence: the contents of your email, your email address, and our reply. Stored as long as the engagement, plus seven years for tax purposes.
Newsletter: email address only. Legal basis: consent. Unsubscribe in one click; we honour it within 24 hours.
Site analytics: aggregated, IP-truncated, no cross-site tracking. Plausible or GA4 may be enabled; both are configured to respect "Do Not Track" and to anonymise IP.
Cookies
We use only the cookies we need. Functional cookies for the page loader skip and for the menu state. Analytics cookies only after consent (when an analytics provider is enabled). No advertising cookies. No cross-site identifiers.

Sharing
We share personal data only with processors strictly necessary to operate the website and our outbound email program: Netlify (hosting), Plausible or Google (analytics, only with consent), Woodpecker.io (outbound email, EU sending), and our email provider for transactional replies.
Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. We do not sell personal data. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA without an adequate transfer mechanism in place.
Retention
Form submissions and email correspondence: as long as the engagement, plus seven years for tax purposes. Newsletter contacts: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days. Analytics: at most 13 months in aggregated form.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data under the GDPR. Write to hello@altitudes.cloud and we will respond within one calendar month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
When this policy changes materially we'll surface the change at the top of this page for 30 days. The effective date below tracks the most recent revision.
