[01] What's your fee structure? +

Fixed per placement, paid 50 percent on offer accepted, 50 percent on day-30 retention. No back-end percentage of salary.

[02] Do you guarantee replacement? +

Yes. If the hire leaves or is let go inside 90 days for performance reasons we replace at no cost. Stronger guarantee than the industry norm.

[03] Can you source contractors? +

Yes. Contractor-to-permanent paths included. We surface contractor day rate benchmarks against the EU mid-market.

[04] Are you a recruiter? +

Functionally yes, structurally no. We do not run a portfolio of roles. We work two or three roles at a time, paired with the technical team interviewing.
