One salary band per role, published in the offer. No negotiation on the number; we negotiate on holiday, training, equipment instead.

[01] What's the hiring process? +
Three steps. A 45-minute conversation with an engineer. A takehome you can do in an evening (we read it, we send written feedback). Half a day working together on a real engagement. Offer or no, written, either way.
[02] Do you sponsor visas? +
For EU: yes, for senior-level roles where we find the right fit. For non-EU: only by exception, because onsite is half a day per fortnight.
[03] What's the salary? +
Per role, published in the offer. For senior platform / AI / SRE in 2026: €95k to €140k EUR cash plus profit share. No equity, no options; we're not on an exit path.
[04] What do I actually do all day? +
Code. Write ADRs. Hold the pager. Run paired pairing. Write the weekly written update to the client. Travel to Amsterdam or the client every fortnight. No presales decks, no sales calls.
